There are a total of 16,700,000 plots of land on Mars divided into 167,000 parcels of land (each parcel of land owns 10x10 plots of land)

Phase 1: there will be 5,560,000 plots of land (55,600 parcels of land) available for sale at 38 HBG/plot ($0.88 at TGE)

Purchase of 1 parcel of land (10 x 10 plots of land) with just one transaction for 3.800 HBG/parcels (approximately $100)
